FAQs Print

Q: Is there a size limit for scanning photos or negatives?

A: We can scan almost any size flat art. We scan 35mm and 120mm slides and film.

Q: What is your turn around time?

A: The total time depends on the complexity of the work to be done, but labor is generally within 3 business days. If prints are ordered, add a week. All work is begun immediately upon arrival of materials. Rush orders can be processed for an extra fee. Please contact us for more info.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We use Paypal's shopping cart system. You are not, however, required to sign up for a Paypal account - we simply use their credit card processing system.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Glass Iris is a recent division of North Wind Computer and Design, which has been serving the Concord, NH area for over 10 years.

Q: Can I still have work done with you if I am not local?

A: Absolutely! Most of our work is done via the internet. You can upload your images and see your image proofs right through this site. You can also send your materials through the mail.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Either send your photo, artwork, disk, or film to:

Q: Can you work on a framed photo?

A: It will need to be removed from the frame first. Either we can accept it in the frame and remove it ourselves if it is fragile or you can remove it.

Q: Can I order prints of my images?

A: Yes. You may choose to have us oversee the printing or have them printed elsewhere. All of your digital image files will be available for you to download right from this site.
